Anna-Lee Carnation Concept Art

NEW CHARACTER ALERT!! This lovely lady's name is Anna-Lee Carnation! The original concept for this character was to take one of my childhood beanie babies, in this case the pink cat "Carnation", and turn her into a human. The first incarnations (get it?) first came around during the winter season, so that is where most of the accessories come from. The trick is that her ear muffs not only simulate more of the cat's pink fur, but it also obscures her human ears. The tail is fake of course, but it could have the properties of those weird tail things in Japan that wag based on heart rate? I am in love with this design overall, especially since she was inspired by one of my beloved childhood toys! Enjoy!
